Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Finance Senior Director located in Arizona (Remote).

Reporting to the VP of Finance the Senior Director’s role involves managing finance team activities and ensuring the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data as well as developing, implementing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies in order to ensure accurate data that is in compliance with corporate and legislative requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage preparation of quarterly financial reporting package for leadership review.
• Establish operational objectives and assignments and develop and establish financial reporting requirements.
• Support external auditors in their examination of quarterly and year-end financial statements and ensure monthly informative account analysis and reconciliations are performed.
• Coach and mentor financial professionals in organization.
• Be abreast of industry trends and apply to business model as appropriate.
• Analyze market practice to benchmark current systems and controls to verify systems and process integrity in order to enhance the Company's value.
• Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 12+ years of related experience including Finance management experience supporting contract manufacturing global enterprise
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training; Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
• Experience supporting process improvements on-site as needed for various locations
• Experience leading operations at a Flex site strongly preferred
• Ability to focus on specific Flex site for the first 6 months including the ability to travel and to remain on-site 75% of the time

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate

$164,200.00 USD - $225,800.00 USD Annual
