As a Product Upload Specialist, the purpose is to manage and enhance product listings on HealthMerch.com and sayitwithacondom.com. Your responsibility is to keep the websites updated with the latest products, collaborating closely with the graphic design and marketing team for seamless integration of in-house designs.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Product Research: Regularly review vendor websites for new products.

📦 Product Uploading: Add new products from vendor websites.

📑 Price Monitoring: Review existing items for price changes.

💼 Stock Management: Check for availability changes (discontinued/sold-out items).

📊 Collection Management: Create and manage new collections (approx. 36+ products per collection).

🗓️ Product Tagging: Ensure all products are correctly and effectively tagged.

🧾 Quality Assurance: Ensure all uploaded products meet the company's quality standards, including accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and correct categorisation.

📦 SEO Optimization: Enhance product titles, descriptions, and metadata for improved search engine rankings and visibility.

📑 ERP System Management: Assist in merchandising and logo blocking of client stores using their ERP system, Antera. This involves coordinating with clients to customise their store layouts and product presentations, ensuring a seamless and branded shopping experience.

Working Hours ⏰: Full Time. 6am - 2pm EST.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ E-commerce Proficiency: Experience in managing online retail platforms, handling product listings, engaging with customers, and staying updated on digital sales strategies and e-commerce trends.

✅ Ability to Follow SOPs: Essential for ensuring consistent and accurate product uploads and updates.

✅ Proficiency in Email Communication: Critical for effective coordination with team members and vendors.

✅ Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets: Vital for managing and organising large datasets of product information.

✅ Attention to Detail: Precision in handling product data and a keen eye for detail.

✅ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to product listings and data inconsistencies.

✅ Time Management: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.

✅ Adaptability: Capability to adapt to changing product lines and market demands.
