Your team

You’ll be working in the Investment Bank’s Non-Financial Risk Management team located in Krakow. We are the IB’s first line of defense and subject matter experts supporting the Front Office in non-financial risk management, risk assessments and reporting. Our role is to have oversight of the Investment Bank's adoption of the Non-Financial Risk Framework (NFRF) and driving NFR simplification.

Your expertise

• very good command of English both written and spoken
• good communication skills, an ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organization
• ability to adapt to and influence change by flagging inefficiencies in existing processes, providing feedback and suggesting improvements
• ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables with different deadlines
• proactive approach and focus on continuous improvement
• working knowledge of MS Office (esp. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• (desirable) previous experience in one of: risk management, audit, process management, financial services
• (desirable) working knowledge of one of: Alteryx Designer, PowerBI, VBA
