While building components of cutting-edge payment technology, you will get to see your efforts shaping the digital future of monetary transactions. <br/>  <br/> The Work itself: </p><p><br/>  - Design code and systems that touch 40% of the world population while influencing Visa’s internal standards for scalability, security, and reusability <br/>  - Collaborate cross-functionally to create design artifacts and develop best-in-class software solutions for multiple Visa technical offerings <br/>  - Actively contribute to product quality improvements, value added service technology, and new business flows in diverse agile squads <br/>  - Develop robust and scalable products intended for a myriad of customers including end-user merchants, b2b, and business to government solutions <br/>  - Leverage innovative technologies to build the next generation of Payment Services, Transaction Platforms, Real-Time Payments, and Buy Now Pay Later Technology <br/>  - Opportunities to make a difference on a global or local scale through mentorship and continued learning opportunities </p><p> Essential Functions. <br/>  - Works alongside others to implement modifications to existing software code that complies with design specifications and meets security best practices. <br/>  - Assists with improvements to systems and tools and supports development and implementation of new automation, asking questions as necessary.<br/>  - Engages with team members and manager during code/design reviews, participates in on-call rotations and incident responses throughout product development and operations cycles. <br/>  - Leverages working knowledge of systems/platforms and telemetry analyses to identify basic issues in code, processes, and designs when they are inconsistent with customer/business objectives.<br/>  - Understand new system enhancement requirements and design test strategy &amp; test cases &amp; functionally test features end-to-end to ensure optimum quality of solutions being delivered<br/>  - Automate testing using proprietary Visa frameworks as well as other open-source / commercial tools to achieve maximum test coverage.<br/>  - Play an Automation Lead role for newly developed features &amp; carry out testing efforts such as functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, bug tracking etc.<br/>  - Have strong debugging skills to be able to find issues through execution of Automation suite and also be able to analyse the problem through log stacktrace or UI Console output to actual code / config that is causing problems to help fix the defect.<br/>  - Leverage newer technologies and develop solutions to build the next generation of payment solutions.<br/>  - Help our clients achieve their business goals by understanding their requirements and delivering the best solution.</p><p>The Skills You Bring: <br/>  - Energy and Experience: A growth mindset that is curious and passionate about technologies and enjoys challenging projects on a global scale <br/>  - Challenge the Status Quo: Comfort in pushing the boundaries, “hacking” beyond traditional solutions <br/>  - Language Expertise: Expertise in Java<br/>  - Builder: Experience building and deploying modern services and web applications with quality, scalability and testability<br/>  - Learner: Constant drive to learn new technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, NoSQL, etc. <br/>  - Partnership
