Are you ready to lead and transform teamwork with Atlassian tools.<br/>Responsibilities:<span>*</span><span> </span>Project Leadership: Take ownership of end-to-end project management, leveraging Agile principles, from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met with excellence, timelines are adhered to, and project budgets are actively monitored and controlled.* Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their needs, communicate progress, and manage expectations.* Team Coordination: Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and other specialists, to ensure smooth project execution.* Scope Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.* Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, monitor progress, and adapt as needed to meet project goals.* Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.* Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product meets and exceeds quality standards through meticulous testing and validation.* Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Managers to develop high-quality Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and other commercial documentation.
