Job summary: The incumbent will support the VP of Financial and Retirement Services, and the Retirement Services Supervisor as needed for all aspects of a multiple employer (MEP), pooled employer (PEP), and outside client retirement savings plans for participating client worksites and their employees.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan Administration and Auditing
 
  • Process employee requests (enrollment/change, incoming rollover, loan, distribution, hardship withdrawals)
  • Processing Bonus Deferral Election Forms, K1 Contributions, and Verifying/Approving Quarterly Forceouts.
  • Approve/Deny Distribution Requests
  • Audits plans through weekly Databridge API Verifications, Variance Reports, and Slavic Import Failures

Onboarding Retirement (Incumbent will assist with)
 
  • Plan set-ups and first payrolls.
  • New clients in completing required plan documents, ensuring a smooth transition for new plans.
  • Sales team to provide marketing materials to prospects, attending sales calls when requested and providing plan comparisons.
  • Maintaining new client onboarding records to track new plan setups and update daily.
  • Transition of retirement plans from acquisitions

Salesforce
  • Enter Cases and Records. Track projects and communications with clients.

Customer Service (Incumbent will assist with)
  • New client questions and inquiries
  • Research and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment, deferrals, remittance, plan design and compliance.
  • Update payroll system with enrollments and contribution changes as necessary.
  • Completes corrections for missed deferrals and matches when they arise.
  • Run and provide clients with census reports upon request
Experience: Basic knowledge of Benefits and Retirement Plans. Candidates must possess the ability to learn quickly and work seamlessly across multiple teams with light supervision.  A general background in customer service is a plus.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: 2- or 4-Year College Degree
  • Entry level position will train
This role is hybrid - working 3 days in the office
Salary is up to $55k
