The HR Generalist will work with the Human Resources Director to develop and maintain programs that attract, motivate, reward and retain top talent to meet our organization’s goals and objectives, with specific focus on recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. Responsibilities include efficient and effective implementation of daily activities such as recruitment, onboarding, communication, engagement and HR administration. This is a remote position and is a new position due to growth.
We Will Count On You To:
Develop a strong understanding and appreciation of the organization’s structure, culture and objectives in order to administer human resources programs and processes
Work as a trusted advisor and business partner providing consultative recruitment services, consistent communication and timely follow-through on commitments to hiring managers
Directly source candidates, screen resumes, perform screening interviews and refer qualified candidates for to hiring managers
Assist with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse work force for the organization
Maintain and increase pipeline of candidates by sourcing, to include job postings, recruiting databases, internet research and specialized sourcing methods
Facilitate onboarding to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives and integration to our team
Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed specifically rela
