EY delivers leading services and solutions in AI and GenAI, including multi-agent AI solutions using LLMs, image generation, computer vision and more. We also infuse AI in traditional practices for big data, business intelligence and data engineering built on a blend of tools and custom-developed methods.</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span>As part of our AI &amp; Data team of the Technology Consulting practice, you will be working with multi-disciplinary teams to support clients in a wide range of AI, GenAI and Multi-Agent initiatives, aiming to generate and present new, useful and actionable insights. You will have the opportunity to work and take responsibilities in challenging engagements, gaining exposure to clients in various sectors both in Greece and abroad.</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b>Your key responsibilities</b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Design and develop AI algorithms, models, and systems using tools like PyTorch and TensorFlow for real-world applications.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Keep up with the latest advancements in AI technologies, including generative AI and the latest features of popular tools.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop AI solutions. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Collect, clean, and preprocess data using appropriate tools and libraries, ensuring compatibility with AI algorithms and frameworks. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Train, test, and evaluate predictive AI models employing appropriate evaluation metrics.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Architect AI/GenAI enabled solutions for real-world problems. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Build / develop AI / GenAI solutions for real-world problems, e.g. RAG question answering systems. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Architect and Build Agentic AI systems for real-world problems.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability and efficiency.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Implement and deploy AI solutions in production environments under different frameworks.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Ability to build applications and use appropriate prompting on generative AI models. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b>Skills and attributes for success</b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b>To qualify for the role, you must have</b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Strong background in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling, with hands-on experience using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and others.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Experience and understanding of core Deep Learning &amp; Generative AI architectures and technologies. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>P
