As part of your transition into the Director, Social Impact Analytics role, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling a data-driven approach to social. Your focus will be on building a foundational social impact analytics function that empowers creative and strategic decision-making across content, campaigns, and performance tracking. You will also be a strategic thought leader, championing the role of social to inform the dna of TCCC brands both on platform and off-social.

You’ll partner closely with the Social Creative & Strategy Brand Leads to activate programs, optimize toolsets, and integrate insight-driven thinking throughout the process. This role is both operational and strategic, requiring attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of initiative.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Thought Leadership Through Data
    Surface key findings, insights, and performance narratives that elevate the role of social within the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Lead Social Analytics for Sprite, Expanding to Other Brands:
    Establish and own the end-to-end impact analytics process for Sprite, serving as a model to expand across other brands. Once the model is established talent should be identified to support Sprite ongoing.
  • Collaborate with the Social Creative & Strategy Brand Lead:
    Ensure insights are embedded into content planning, ongoing content and charter content development, and creative refinement.
  • Optimize Tools and Processes:
    Evaluate current social analytics tools and dashboards; identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve usability.
  • Develop Documentation & Frameworks:
    Create foundational documentation and scalable frameworks to support onboarding, process clarity, and long-term sustainability of the function.
  • Support MVP Pilot Activation:
    Activate and measure the impact of MVP programs for Sprite and Tea, capturing insights to inform future efforts.
  • Assess and Support Analytics Talent:
    Complete an assessment of current analytics capabilities and team competencies. Identify opportunities for growth and future needs. Create role descriptions for what is required to build the team.
  • Champion Learning and Adoption:
    Promote adoption of social intelligence tools and insights within brand teams. Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
