JOB SUMMARY:

Assist in all aspects of the Cashier Operations department including NRT processing, assisting in supervision of operation while ensuring excellent customer service and security of all funds. 

 

JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values
2. Deliver excellent customer service to all external and internal guests
3.  Positive role model and example for cashiers
4. Process cashiering transactions for guests including cashing checks, chip redemptions, markers and payments, credit card advances, bill breaking and other transactions quickly and accurately. 
5. Proficient in all front line, employee, chip bank, marker bank, F &B, and main bank positions
6. Able to utilize computers for majority of cashier transactions
7. Complete all paperwork accurately and timely
8. Understand and comply with all government regulations 
9. Understand and comply with government Anti-money Laundering regulations. Know when and how to submit a Suspicious Activity Incident Report (SAI).  Know the red flags of suspicious transactions or activities 
10. Understand what information is needed to complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTR’s), Monetary Instrument Logs (MIL’s) and Multiple Transaction Logs (MTL) and able to enter the customer information needed to complete forms 
11. Process OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control) screenings when needed before completing transactions
12. Ability to create and maintain customer RA (Resort Advantage) accounts and enter transactions into RA Floor Monitor, checking and entering all customer data needed to comply with government regulations 
13. Identify customers who may be trying to structure transactions or evade or circumvent identification requirements
14. Proficient in credit and marker bank operations including marker issues, payments, applications, and ability to manage and balance marker bank
15. Proficient in all NRT functions including but not limited too interpretation of the back-office application, NRT fill process, canister replenishment, dropping and reconciling NRT units inclusive of all paperwork and computer data forms
16. Able to handle NRT customer disputes and basic NRT repairs in absence of cashier tech
17. Flexible with daily work duties including last minute changes
18. Process automated and manual fills and credits for Chip bank window
19. Proficient in preparing and verifying transfers, cage and bank paperwork
20. Exhibit sound decision-making with emphasis on motivating team and maintaining high morale
21. Participative member of the team by volunteering and being involved in projects, committees, and task forces by providing input and suggestions
22. Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or GED required
2. Level II Cashier for at least 6 months preferred
3. 90 Days successful cage cashier experience required
4. Six months cashier/cash handling experience preferred
5. Six months experience with Federal Anti-Money Laundering Regulations preferred
