THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Demand Generation Specialist to our Marketing team in Bucharest! 

YOUR IMPACT

• Develop B2B Demand Generation strategies and implement B2B Demand Generation tactical campaigns that will generate quality leads in sufficient quantity for the Sales team to act upon
• Develop and implement User Acquisition tactical campaigns (promotions, specials, etc.)
• Align these strategies and tactical campaigns with our Brand/Product Comm Strategy and Value Proposition
• Coordinate all external suppliers involved in the development and implementation of the above tactical campaigns (digital media agencies, creative/design work, etc), for time & on budget execution

WHO YOU ARE

This position will operate with a high degree of autonomy they will also be operating within the wider framework of our Brand and Product Strategy, therefore you should demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

• Good understanding and command of marketing concepts and theories (particularly Consumer Journeys, Consumer Acquisition Funnels and Lead generation)
• Ability to work autonomously albeit in the frame of a predefined marketing strategy
• Proven project management experience in managing specialist suppliers (agencies, freelancers, etc.) - including but not limited to good planning, budgeting and time management skills
• Good command of digital media use
• Romanian native level + Good English skills, it is our company language
