Director, Off-Premises

The Director of Off-Premise is a leader responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of GoTo Foods’ Off Premise business. This role oversees all aspects of the Off Premise business, including the end-to-end digital ordering and fulfillment experiences for our brand’s 1st party and 3rd party marketplace properties. The Director will drive growth through traffic-driving strategies, technical and operational excellence, and brand consistency across all channels, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience that aligns with the brand strategy.

This individual will report into the Commercial organization, a group focused on for GoTo Foods’ large, and growing, portfolio of brands through insights, analytics and demand-driving driving tools. Not only is this role highly cross-functional in nature, but it will also require a strong ability to lead through influence, manage multiple projects and vendors, and priorities concurrently. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability through all off-premises channels.
