This transformation includes replacing </span><span>the majority of</span><span> our application landscape</span><span>,</span><span> including </span><span>ERP</span><span> and</span><span> CRM</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>You will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> managing the overall programme of change across countries, ensuring strong governance, clear planning, and effective execution across all workstreams. The role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, as well as external vendors and global programme counterparts.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>This is a pivotal role with broad responsibility—from enabling strategic change to ensuring day-to-day delivery clarity.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Enable and drive the Nordic transformation programme</span><span>,</span><span> incl. </span><span>a</span><span>ll related projects</span><span> and</span><span> acting as the </span><span>central point</span><span> of coordination across countries and domains.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead effective programme governance, ensuring structure, reporting, and decision-making frameworks are in place and followed.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Manage detailed planning across multiple workstreams</span><span>,</span><span> including ERP, CRM, integrations, data, and operational capabilities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Coordinate dependencies, timelines, and resource needs across projects and countries.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Oversee and support change management activities</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure risks and issues are </span><span>identified</span><span>, tracked, and mitigated in </span><span>a timely</span><span> and structured manner.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Oversee vendor relationships and performance to ensure delivery commitments are met.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Align with global programme teams to ensure Nordic execution is integrated into broader enterprise plans.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing visibility into progress, challenges, and decisions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Help build internal capability and readiness to sustain transformation outcomes.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>What </span><span>We are</span><span> Looking For</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong programme or large-scale project management experience, ideally in a business transformation context.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Deep knowledge of pro</span><span>ject </span><span>governance, planning, and risk management best practices.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven ability to lead complex, multi-country initiatives with multiple interdependent workstreams.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Solid understanding of change management principles</span><span>.</span><span> </span><span>The ability</span><span> to</span><span> plan and perform </span><span>change</span><span> activities will be an advantage.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience managing vendors or delivery partners in multi-stakeholder environments.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Familiarity with ERP/CRM implementations and connected systems such as data platforms, digital solutions, or warehouse management.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Comfort</span><span>able</span><span> working with pro</span><span>ject</span><span> management tools and frameworks (e.g. Prince2, PMI) and reporting tools to manage delivery.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.</s
