Then you have come to the right place!</strong></p><h4>We are looking for candidates that can:</h4><ul> <li>Advise companies on their path to digital transformation with ServiceNow</li> <li>Is the customer contact person whenever established business processes need to be changed or automated</li> <li>Take responsibility for the functional and technical processing of the projects</li> <li>Support the customer in the formulation of requirements and convert them into high level and low level specifications.</li> <li>Support the development team in the implementation of requirements and act as a moderator between all parties involved throughout the entire development process.</li> <li>Lead expert meetings and moderate workshops</li> <li>Document the project process and carry out port mortems at the end of the project</li> </ul><h4>Typical traits of our ServiceNow Solution Architects:</h4><ul> <li>At least three years of experience as a solution architect with ServiceNow projects</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its selected modules</li> <li>Extensive experience with the automation within one or many of the process areas: ITSM, CSM, HR, IRM, ITOM</li> <li>Experienced and trustworthy in customer interaction</li> <li>Team player who is willing to take responsibility and lead a project team</li> <li>ITIL 4 certification</li> <li>ServiceNow certifications</li> <li>Fluent in Swedish and English</li> </ul><p><br/></p>
