ServiceNow IRM Consultant: Senior/Architect

<p dir="ltr">The Cloud People, a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner is growing rapidly in Europe and US. In support of our successful approach to IRM excellence, we are looking for a ServiceNow Senior IRM Consultant to join our team.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">- Lead and facilitate workshops focused on IRM process optimization and ServiceNow alignment.</p><p dir="ltr">- Translate IRM business requirements into practical and effective ServiceNow solutions.</p><p dir="ltr">- Contribute to thought leadership within the IRM practice, staying current with industry trends and best practices.</p><p dir="ltr">- Lead complex ServiceNow IRM implementations, encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment.</p><p dir="ltr">- Ability to effectively manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.</p><p dir="ltr">- Possess advanced expertise in ServiceNow platform functionalities, scripting, and best practices.</p><p dir="ltr">- Design and build custom workflows, integrations, and automations tailored to IRM needs.</p><p dir="ltr">- Collaborate with pre-sales team to craft compelling proposals and presentations for IRM-related ServiceNow solutions.</p><p dir="ltr">- Effectively demonstrate the value and capabilities of ServiceNow IRM solutions to prospective clients.</p><p dir="ltr">- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.</p><p dir="ltr">- Proactively identify client challenges and propose innovative solutions aligned with their IRM goals.</p><p dir="ltr">- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse technical and business levels.</p><p dir="ltr">- Deliver clear and concise presentations and documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p dir="ltr">- Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and exceeding expectations.</p><p dir="ltr">- Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow project implementation, with a <strong>strong focus on IRM </strong>(minimum 2+ years).</p><p dir="ltr">- Proven success in leading and delivering complex ServiceNow IRM projects.</p><p dir="ltr">- In-depth understanding of IRM methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.</p><p dir="ltr">- Experience in pre-sales activities.</p><p dir="ltr">- Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities, scripting, and configuration.</p><p dir="ltr">- Holding the following certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS - Risk and Compliance (CIS - RC) are highly desirable.</p><p dir="ltr">- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and scripting languages like JavaScript.</p><p dir="ltr">- Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON, and relational databases (MySQL).</p><p dir="ltr">- Strong understanding of API development and integration best practices.</p><p dir="ltr">- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.</p><p dir="ltr">- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p dir="ltr">- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, fostering positive team dynamics and knowledge sharing.</p><p dir="ltr">- Fluent in English and local language. Additional European languages (Dutch, French) considered a plus.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Bonus:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">- Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CIS - Third-Party Risk Management, CIS - Vulnerability Response and CIS - Security Incident Response, Certified Application Developer.</p><p dir="ltr">- ServiceNow Workspace experience is a very big plus.</p><p dir="ltr">- GRC experience (has performed a risk assessment, Audit or other assurance activities).</p><p dir="ltr">- Cyber security related certifications (CISM, CISSP, etc).</p><p dir="ltr">- React and AngularJS experience is big plus.</p><p dir="ltr">- CMA or a CTA.</p><p><br/></p>
