Cheer Home Care is hiring a Recruiting Assistant to work in the Cheer office. The Recruiting Assistant will post jobs, screen applicants, interview candidates, complete paperwork entry, and lead orientation. In addition, this individual may assist the Scheduler with matchmaking (clients with the perfect caregiver). He/she will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Upbeat personality
- Bachelors, preferred
- Industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
- Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
- Ability to potentially work one weekend day
