The majority of the team is located in the head office in Sweden but you will work closely together with the regional C&amp;B teams based in EMEA, APAC and Americas. </p> <p><br/> What you’ll do<br/> In the role of Senior Compensation and Benefits expert you are responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining compensation and benefit programs for Volvo Cars Group. </p> <p><br/> Specific responsibilities include:<br/> •    Assists with reviews, develops, implements and ongoing administration of C&amp;B policies and processes; evaluates and analyzes market salary data to develop salary structures in the areas of international compensation &amp; benefits.<br/> •    Develops and maintains salary range structures, supports in establishing cost effective allowances and establishes market based benefits.<br/> •    Lead C&amp;B project on functional/regional and/or global level<br/> •    Involved in the preparation of the Remuneration Committee material.<br/> •    Update and maintain share based Long Term Incentive Schemes.<br/> •    Analyzes published and custom country surveys; reviews appropriateness of current surveys and research and recommends new opportunities for obtaining salary and benefit data.<br/> •    Works with internal HR teams on compensation and benefits budgeting.<br/> •    Conducts compensation and benefits analysis to identify internal trends and compliance improvements.<br/> •    Ensures compliance with the local collective agreement and employment laws, including pay transparency directives, benefits review and recommendations.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you’ll bring<br/> We are looking for you with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business together with several years of demonstrated compensation and benefits experience.</p> <p><br/> You also have:<br/> •    Solid understanding of compensation concepts, including job level framework, market pricing, and total rewards.<br/> •    Experience working with share based long term incentives programs in a Publicly traded company<br/> •    Experience of managing global C&amp;B development projects <br/> •    Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and experience working with global HRIS systems like SuccessFactors.<br/> •    Experience working in an international organization supporting staff globally<br/> •    Solid English communication skills both verbally and in writing.</p> <p><br/> Who are you?<br/> We see that you are a collaborator who builds trust to drive results.
