The Work You Will Do:

This position performs professional and administrative work in a workforce career center setting, providing services to staff, job-seekers and/or employers. This position serves as the contact person for Commerce Staff with all aspects of the regional network communications including problem solving, technical training and coordinating repairs to reduce down time and specializes in providing onsite technical IT support to ensure proper workforce operational activities are managed timely so that services in the One-Stop Center can be conducted efficiently.

You will assist in helping Broward County residents obtain wages to be self-sufficient and sustainable through training and employment by providing technical IT assistance. The Employment Security Representative II is a member of the Florida Commerce team with CareerSource Broward.
