VOAC supports veteran’s efforts to exit homelessness as well as provides a safe place for survivors of domestic violence. ** The Supervisory Case Manager for employment oversees advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources. Ensures that their assigned program meets or exceeds program objectives, supervises the provision of high-quality services for program participants, and further ensures on-going compliance with funder requirements and agency policy and procedure. Responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision and scheduling of staff, volunteers, and interns. Generally, will supervises up to 3 direct reports.

Supervisory Case Manager will also be responsible for conducting outreach in conjunction with the team and all aspects of case management. Acts as a knowledgeable liaison to community agencies and is responsible for promoting awareness of the Volunteers of America resources and services. Position requires ongoing interaction with team members, program participants, and community stakeholders.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Travel throughout the program’s service area is required on a regular basis.
• Must be able to work in diverse and, at times, uncomfortable environments such as homeless shelters, service facilities, streets, offices, and all other locations as necessary to fulfill program objectives.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full-Time as indicated in posting.
• Work hours may vary but are typically scheduled around a 40-hour workweek designed to fulfill program objectives with occasional overtime requirements.

Location

• Throughout program service area. Employment Field Offices locations are in: Denver and Colorado Springs.

Salary: $55,000/annual/exempt

EXPECTED HOURS TO WORK

• Monday – Friday 8:00am- 4:30 pm and designated holidays.
• Evening and/or weekend hours may be required based on program events or assigned job duties.
