Summary of Duties

The Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) is an office within the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). ODDS provides new opportunities to link services for the growing number of Oregonians who have intellectual or other developmental disabilities. The goal of ODDS is to help individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities remain as independent as possible. Programs include employment, residential services, services coordination, program development, licensing and quality of care initiatives. Over 22,000 Oregonians are receiving one or more of these services in various programs located throughout the State.

As a Quality Improvement Analyst, you will:

  • Evaluate I/DD-funded programs through policy and data analysis to ensure effectiveness and compliance with federal and state laws, Medicaid requirements, and agency rules.

  • Monitor, track, and report on quality improvement metrics using data from sources such as QAFR, CAM, Licensing, NCI, ASPEN, and other state and federal systems.

  • Support data-driven decision-making by conducting special studies, analyzing trends, and providing technical assistance to inform policy development.
