The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>The Opportunity</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>The role of an SAP HCM Technical consultant is to contribute towards end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM/ECP system for clients from all around the world especially the Americas, Australia, UK &amp; European countries. Key expectations for this role are to provide high quality results to these multinational teams, often to a tight deadline.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Analyse and propose solutions for requirements received from clients and Functional consultants</span></li> <li><span>Develop, document, and deliver solutions with utmost quality adhering to EY best practices</span></li> <li><span>Actively participate in entire life cycle of SAP HCM implementations like design, estimation, development, documentation, testing and take ownership wherever required</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with experts, architects, and project managers to ensure highest standards of delivery within the stipulated timelines</span></li> <li><span>Drive improvements and innovations in development processes, methodologies, and technology</span></li> <li><span>Engage with the customers during different phases of product development to ensure success of the project</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate</span></li> <li><span>2 to 3 Years of experience in SAP as ABAP HR developer with good exposure to HCM Module</span></li> <li><span>Development experience in ABAP 7.40 or higher is preferred</span></li> <li><span>Good understanding of Payroll processing in SAP HCM and experience in Payroll application development</span></li> <li><span>Good experience in Interface implementations using OData, IDocs, RFCs etc and Form developments.</span></li> <li><span>Expertise in various Enhancement Implementation options</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge in Integration techniques like PTP, BIB and Exposure to Employee Central Payroll, Payroll control centre and SF Employee Central will be an advantage</span></li> <li><span>Exposure to HANA Coding like CDS, AMDP will also be an advantage</span></li> <li><span>Ability to quickly understand customers business requirements and to generate, promote new and creative ideas.</span></li> <li><span>Strong interpersonal and good written &amp; oral communication skills.</span></li> <li><span>Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure.</span></li> <li><span>Commitment to continuous learning and proactively implement latest technologies.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>What we offer you</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused sk
