You will be joining a growing team based out of our central Bangalore office and you will work closely with our business and project team members to evaluate business needs, prioritizing requirements, defining process flows and solutions working in an agile environment. </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Being a Sr. SAP FICO Functional Analyst you will independently lead project and ongoing activities in this area including general ledger and asset accounting </li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT and Finance to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements </li> <li>Provide training and support to end users on SAP FICO modules and related processes </li> <li>Perform testing and troubleshooting activities as well as monitoring system performance to ensure financial process are efficient and effective </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 8+ years experience in S/4 HANA Finance </li> <li>Minimum of 3-4 full SAP E2E implementation experience with at-least 2 SAP FICO implementations </li> <li>Strong FICO skills and Accounting Skills </li> <li>Finance business process knowledge specifically Subscription model or High tech industry</li> <li>Experience in Financial applications - GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Management, Cost Center and Profitability Accounting </li> <li>Experience in working with Collection Management, Dispute Management, Bank Accounting and Asset Management </li> <li>Working knowledge on EDI/IDOC </li> <li>Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems </li> <li>Experience in Documenting the functional designs, test cases and results</li> <li>Experience in conducting workshops and defining business requirements </li> <li>Experience in preparation of blueprints and solution documents </li> <li>Experience in writing functional specifications </li> <li>Knowledge in cross module functionality and processes </li> <li>Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation </li> <li>A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, accounting or information systems with 8+ years of relevant work experience </li> </ul><p><strong>BE YOU—CORPORATE CLONES NEED NOT APPLY.</strong></p> <p>Pure is where you ask big questions, think differently, and make an impact.
