Job Description
FCD Digital Finance is a strong cross functional team which delivers solutions across several technologies within the Enterprise support processes, including the Finance functions across Statkraft. We take pride in delivering added value between business and IT on several technologies:
- SAP S/4 – Statkraft’s ERP backbone where FCD has the Group product ownership
- SAP Business intelligence (BW and SAP Analytics Cloud) – utilizing the power of visualization and storytelling
- Process mining – analyzing core data and use that for process improvements
- Robotics – delivering robot solutions for repetitive tasks
- New tech – investigating new technologies to be adapted to the CFO functions
We seek a person that will strengthen the FCD Digital Finance team as a Senior Digitalisation and Business Integration Expert. There are currently a large number of exciting initiatives where FCD is heavily involved in driving process and integration improvements through our different technology platforms. Since there is a continuous need to improve how we work and leverage technology, both from a process, master data, integration, and analytics perspective, FCD is continuously exploring new technology to helping us work and understand data more efficiently.
As a senior digitalisation and business integration expert you will be working closely with the business areas on new, and ongoing projects, focusing on leveraging existing solutions and technology, as well as exploring new technology. These initiatives will be both within the Finance area as well as across other processes and BA’s/SA’s. Supporting the business in integrating newly acquired entities, through M&As or other channels, into Statkrafts processes and systems will also be a key task in this role. This role will actively participate in these initiatives working with colleagues from finance, IT and the different BA’s/SA’s.
Additionally, there will be opportunities to work on the ERP road map, both from an IT, process, and integration perspective. This role also involves working across technologies like process mining, SAP ERP, RPA, AI, and other new technologies which are being explored and tested by the FCD Digital Finance team.
Qualifications
- Higher level of education e.g., in finance, economics or equivalent combined with IT digital skillsets
- Strong knowledge of financial processes like financial reporting including forecasting
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and reporting structures, including how we can link master data in ERP systems with other sources.
- Good understanding of integration tools and technology, both for transactions, master data and analytics
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and operations, especially from an end-to-end process perspective
- Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies, and the ability to align digitalization efforts with strategic business goals
- Good communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience from change-, product- and project management
- Tech savvy and digital skills
- Fluent in English
