<h2><b>Role Overview</b></h2>
<p> </p>
<p>The Senior Sustainability Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing, compiling, and reporting on the company’s sustainability performance and initiatives. <br/>
This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics, aligning with global standards and regulations. <br/>
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability reporting, data analysis, and a keen interest in advancing our firm’s sustainability agenda. <br/>
In some instances (depending on the area of support) this role will be required to oversee & review the work and processes of less experienced analysts. <br/>

<h2><b>More specific responsibilities will include</b></h2>
<p> </p>
<p>• Sustainability Reporting:<br/>
o Develop and maintain sustainability reports, including annual and periodic reports, in accordance with international standards such as CSRD & TCFD and any others which apply to the organisation.<br/>
o Gather, analyze, and interpret ESG data from multiple sources within the organization.<br/>
o Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency in sustainability reporting.<br/>
• Data Analysis and Management:<br/>
o Conduct thorough analyses of sustainability data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.<br/>
o Collaborate with departments to collect and verify data related to energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste management, and social impact.<br/>
• Regulatory Compliance:<br/>
o Stay informed about global and local sustainability regulations and reporting requirements.<br/>
o Ensure the company’s sustainability reports meet regulatory standards and are submitted on time.<br/>
• Stakeholder Engagement:<br/>
o Support communication efforts related to sustainability performance and initiatives.<br/>
o Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.<br/>
• Continuous Improvement:<br/>
o Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes and data collection methods.<br/>
o Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainability reporting.<br/>
• Collaboration:<br/>
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability goals into business strategies and operations.<br/>
o Provide guidance and support to departments on sustainability reporting and data management.<br/>

<h2><b>What you will need to be successful in the role</b></h2>
<p> </p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, trained accountant or a related field. A diploma or relevant certification (e.g., Diploma in Sustainability Reporting from Chartered Accountants Ireland) is a plus.<br/>
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG analysis, or a related field.<br/>
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or insurance sector an advantage<br/>
• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks (NFRD, TCFD, SFDR and CSRD) and relevant regulations.<br/>
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).<br/>
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.<br/>
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br/>
