In this multifaceted role, you will support the production site in Hochheim (Germany) and the sales and finance teams working remotely. <h3>Responsabilities: </h3> <ul> <li><b>Payroll and attendance management:</b> oversee payroll for around 100 employees, ensuring compliance and timely, accurate payments.</li><li><b>Relationship with the Works Council</b>: maintain communication and prepare appropriate agreements.</li><li><b>Operational HR management</b>: administer HR data, contractual documents, hiring/termination processes, recruitment activities, training, performance evaluations, and update company policies.</li><li><b>Benefits administration:</b> coordinate with suppliers, communicate with employees, and ensure compliance with HR policies, including salary-related matters and annual salary reviews.</li><li><b>Employee and manager support</b>: handle employee requests and matters, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and manage internal communication.</li><li><b>Direct management</b>: Supervise a site assistant responsible for attendance, payroll, and administrative HR support.</li></ul> <h3>Education:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>Fluent in <b>German </b>and <b>English</b>.</li><li>Over 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.</li><li>Solid experience in <b>payroll</b> administration.</li><li>Solid experience managing relations with the <b>Works Council</b>.</li><li>Experience with HR activities across the entire employee lifecycle (hiring, training, evaluations, terminations, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>German labor law</b>.</li><li>Technical skills: Experience with HRIS/HCM systems, payroll systems, preferably ADP, and time and attendance systems.</li></ul> <h3>Behavioral Skills:</h3> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High level of confidentiality.</li><li>Strong organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.</li></ul>At Irca, we believe that diversity is a fundamental value and a source of strength and innovation.
