Working with the HR Team, you will work in a fast paced, dynamic environment to drive best practice throughout the organisation.  This is a very broad role and is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in all aspects of Human Resources.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like: </span></b></p><ul><li><p>Deliver effective administrative support of HR activities throughout the full employee lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Support recruitment function, e.g., coordinating interviews, reference checking, contract and paperwork issue and working with the appropriate manager throughout the process.</p></li><li><p>Assist with Payroll administration / notification</p></li><li><p>Assist the HR Team and managers throughout the business with employee relations issues including the assisting with the disciplinary and grievance process as required.</p></li><li><p>Generate and develop standard and ad hoc reports for management and various internal and external stakeholders, e.g., headcount reports absence reports.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the ongoing development of HR systems and processes to support operational effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Maintaining a comprehensive filing and records system for all the necessary HR records and ensuring the HR system (Workday) data is kept up to date and accurate</p></li><li><p>Manage the HR inbox and general employee queries in a timely manner</p></li><li><p>Assisting with reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Assist with Union / Industrial Relations matters as and when required.</p></li><li><p>Provide support on HR projects, training and special events as required.</p></li><li><p>Other duties and responsibilities within the HR function generally</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>3rd level degree qualified ideally in HR or business/commerce with a HR specialisation.</p></li><li><p>1-2+ years’ experience in a similar level HR Administrator or related role.</p></li><li><p>Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.</p></li><li><p>Experience with TMS system, DocuSign and Workday preferable but not essential</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Eagerness to learn and develop</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to work on your own initiative &amp; deliver on projects.</p></li><li><p><span>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</span></p></li><li><p>A positive people focused attitude.</p></li><li><p>Must have a driving licence and own a vehicle</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:</b></p><ul><li><p>An environment where you will feel fulfilled by your work, valued for your contribution, and celebrated for your success</p></li><li><p>Opportunities to learn new skills in a fast-paced industry</p></li><li><p>A competitive salary and benefits package that includes:</p><ul><li><p>A merit-based annual pay review</p></li><li><p>Enhanced annual leave</p></li><li><p>Employee recognition scheme and long service awards</p></li><li><p>Referral bonus</p></li><li><p>Volunteer days</p></li><li><p>Group Life Insurance, including a death-in-service payment and access to a virtual GP service 24/7 365 days a year</p></li><li><p>Company Pension Scheme</p></li><li><p>Sick pay scheme</p></li><li><p>Cycle to Work scheme</p></li><li><p>Enhanced maternity/paternity leave</p></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Flexible/Remote/Hybrid Work</span> based on your Job Function;</p></li><li><p>Travel opportunities (role dependent);</p></li><li><p>Support your well-being by access to:</p><ul><li><p>Employee Assistance Programme through VHI offering free access to qualified counsellors and expert advice.</p></li><li><p>VHI Private Health Insurance</p></li><li><p>On-site trained Mental Health First Aiders</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Access to various discount programs (including food, activities, gym memberships etc.).</p></li></ul><p></p><p>At Flex,
