Position Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Data Analysis, Reporting & AI Analyst to support analytics and reporting efforts related to data center infrastructure build programs. This role will sit within the Data Governance, Analytics & Reporting organization and will focus on transforming complex data into actionable insights, improving reporting quality, supporting data-driven decision-making, and helping identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across reporting workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong data analytics capabilities, practical coding knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of database principles. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment, where priorities may shift quickly and long hours may occasionally be required to support critical business needs.

This is an individual contributor role requiring strong ownership, independence, analytical judgment, and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  •

  • -Develop, maintain, and improve reporting, dashboards, trackers, and analytical outputs supporting data center infrastructure build activities.

  • -Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • -Partner with stakeholders across data governance, analytics, infrastructure delivery, planning, finance, operations, and related teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear data outputs.

  • -Build and manage advanced Excel-based models, trackers, and reporting files, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros, and structured data validation where applicable.

  • -Use coding and scripting skills to automate repetitive reporting tasks, improve data quality checks, and streamline manual workflows.

  • -Support the development of AI-enabled reporting and analytics capabilities, including identifying use cases for automation, summarization, anomaly detection, forecasting, and decision support.

  • -Apply sound database principles when working with structured data, including table relationships, data integrity, normalization concepts, query logic, and documentation of data sources.

  • -Assist with data governance activities, including defining data standards, validating data quality, documenting assumptions, and improving consistency across reports.

  • -Create clear, executive-ready summaries, insights, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand progress, risks, and performance.

  • -Operate independently in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities, incomplete information, and tight deadlines.

  • -Proactively identify reporting issues, process inefficiencies, and data gaps, and drive practical solutions without waiting for detailed direction.

  • -Maintain strong attention to detail while balancing speed, urgency, and changing business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • -5–8 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting, data governance, operations analytics, or a related analytical role.
