<p>Job Req Number:  82460 <br/> Time Type: Full Time</p> <p><br/> The Enterprise Transformation department in DSV Global IT is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to collaborate with business and IT to deliver real value.</p> <p> </p> <p>Enterprise Transformation is a department responsible for developing and operating modern products, in line with DSV’s digital strategy. Our purpose is to generate direct business value for DSV’s business divisions by building advanced end-to-end products.</p> <p> </p> <p>The unit operates with a start-up mindset and comprises cross-functional product teams with a mix of early-career and highly experienced colleagues. Our decision-making approach prioritizes knowledge and insight over hierarchical structures and emphasizes collaboration between individuals with diverse competencies.<br/>  <br/> In Enterprise Transformation, part of DSV Global IT, we are +180 colleagues spread across the globe and our work centres around helping the DSV business and IT colleagues create more value through digital initiatives.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be the technical lead of a team of 5-10 software developers to deliver highly scalable mission critical solutions to solve high priority business challenges. You will bring your knowledge and best practices in delivery and operations to constantly improve your team's output. You will work across all phases of the software development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations, and support). </p> <p><br/> Play your part in the development of secure, scalable, and high-quality products with innate fault tolerance<br/> Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Technically owning new services and products </li> <li>Architect scalable and efficient solutions using .Net (C#), MSSQL, Angular/React, Postgres, and Kafka. </li> <li>Working with the product owner and other senior leaders to create a great working environment that attracts other great engineers </li> <li>Partnering with product owner and architect setting the technical vision for the team </li> <li>Leading a cross-functional Agile team to understand requirements, together with the product owner do product backlog grooming, sprint planning, execution, and retrospective </li> <li>Working with the team on the constant improvements of the product development process. </li> <li>Writing and maintaining documentation. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Using the right technology<br/> We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with a background in Computer Science or EE, Control Systems/Automation and Control, whose main language is .NET. </p> <p> </p> <p>Other tech stack that we use, which you have experience with, includes:</p> <ul> <li>Mastery of full stack .Net and web application development using:  <ul> <li>C#</li> <li>ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, OData</li> <li>MVC</li> <li>AutoMapper, AutoFac</li> <li>xUnit, Moq, AutoMock</li> <li>Entity Framework Core</li> <li>XML, XSD, XSLT</li> <li>SQL Server 2019</li> </ul> </li> <li>Well versed with SQL queries, stored procedures, database performance tuning and optimization.</li> <li>Experience in object-oriented programming and SOLID design patterns.</li> <li>At least 5 years of developing Kafka based applications, including regular production/consumption, Kafka streams, KSql </li> <li>At least 7 years of developing using Angular/React, Kendo UI for Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS, SCSS</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You have the ability to integrate different events streaming platforms, to aligning synchronous and asynchronous nature of processes, experience in events latching and queue control.
