Lead Technical Trainer

<p>In this role, you will create, prepare, run, evaluate and report on training courses, based on the channel and teaching medium chosen. This includes a pedagogical dimension to adapt to the realities on the ground (building bridges between technologies, technical mastery of the subjects taught, setting up and monitoring evaluation and improvement processes, managing documentation, occasionally managing the planning and administrative monitoring of skills and training courses, etc.).</p><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities :</b></p><ul><li>Preparation of training programmes : Designing and developing programmes tailored to learner’s needs and Updating training contest to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date</li><li>Training facilitation : deliver courses, workshops or seminars in an engaging and interactive way / Use a variety of teaching methods to encourage learning</li><li>Assessing learner’s skills : design and deliver tests, quizzes and other assessment tools to measure learner’s progress / Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills</li><li>Management of teaching resources : Selecting and preparing teaching materials, guides and equipment for training / Ensuring the availability of teaching resources</li><li>Evaluation and continuous improvement of training : Gathering and analysing feedback from learners to identify strengths and areas for improvement / Adapt and improve training programmes in line with feedback received and technological developments</li><li>Collaboration with other departments : Work with Operational teams and other trainers / Share best practice and resources with colleagues and other trainers</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your profile :</b></p><ul><li>At least 5 years professional experience related in Telecommunications</li><li>Field experience in Telecommunications is an extra asset (Technician, team leader, coach, team manager of technicians)</li><li>Holder of a driving licence</li><li>Certificate of teaching ability is an extra asset</li><li>Fluent in one national language – English knowledge is an extra asset</li></ul>
