Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a skilled Floating Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties across our Western New York market, including Lockport, Tonawanda, North Tonawanda, West Seneca, Buffalo, and Hamburg. This person supports on-site teams by helping them complete turnovers and work orders.

Pay and Benefits

• $24-29/hr
• Mileage reimbursement
• Full-time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix plumbing leaks
• Troubleshoot appliance repairs
• Repairs/work orders including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC 
• Turnovers/make-readies
• Unit renovations
• Preventative maintenance
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
