We’ll also be radically improving our product for our core customer base. In the UK, we now have over 1.6 million registered users, and we offer a range of products such as the Freetrade Pension, a stocks and shares ISA, and UK Treasury bills.<br/>We are looking for a driven, problem solving Senior Talent Specialist to join our team. You will be working closely with our Talent team, Director of people and senior stakeholders on a variety of roles across our London and Budapest offices, ranging from engineering and product to business, operations and oversight. The ability to pick up job requirements across a range of roles quickly is essential. <br/><br/><br/> <br/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><strong>You will: </strong><ul> <li>Own the hiring process for business critical roles, intensely pipelining bar-raising talent. Crafting our story to engage with your network will be first on the agenda.</li> <li>Balance high-priority delivery with uniform reporting to Talent and the business on your activity, with a regular forum to manage outcomes and unblock challenges.</li> <li>Identify problems in our processes and most importantly, proactively solve them.</li> <li>Work together with other members of the talent team to prioritise roles and support on team initiatives. </li> <li>Understand the importance of Employer brand and push forward ideas to improve it</li> <li>Screen candidates in English and source across international markets</li> </ul><br/><br/><br/><br/><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><strong>About you:</strong><ul> <li>A delivery-minded recruiter, used to translating ambiguity into clear requirements and outcomes.</li> <li>Knowledge of the financial market</li> <li>Knowledge of the tech sector </li> <li>Strong communicator with fluency in English</li> <li>Knowledge of international markets across Europe</li> <li>Enthused by pace and change, able to remain consistent in your output throughout.</li> <li>Confidence in challenging and managing stakeholders</li> <li>Look for areas for process improvement and take the initiative to improve them</li> <li>Fintech experience a big plus </li> <li>A strong educational background, preferably in HR, talent management, or a related discipline</li> </ul><br/><br/><h3>Benefits</h3><strong>Logistics:</strong><br/> <br/>The application process consists of a 4 stage process.
