Our portfolio spans power, thermal, and infrastructure management, complemented by a global network of 250+ service centers.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a Senior FP&amp;A Analyst to join our team in Cluj-Napoca!</p> <p> </p> <p>What will you do in our team? 🚀</p> <p>As Senior FP&amp;A Analyst Services, you will use your business acumen and industry knowledge to ensure the overall success of the business in the EMEA region. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to implement the vision and strategy for the business in the region. </p> <p> </p> <p>What will you be doing? 📊</p> <ul> <li>Works directly with the FP&amp;A Manager Services &amp; products and Finance Business Partner Services to own the Service profitability by country and total function, supporting the financial reviews and drive development of the reporting pack. </li> <li>This role contributes to the following Function responsibilities: <ul> <li>Key responsibility of the Function is <u>to provide decisional support regarding Services profitability and business strategy</u>, by reviewing financial performance, understanding and validating performance drivers, connecting the operational metrics with financial performance.</li> <li>Have a continuous view of current <u>Service</u><u> </u><u>Sales, Gross margin and Operating profit</u>, perform variance analysis Actual vs Forecast vs Previous year results, identify major variance drivers -investigate and take corrective actions, if needed.</li> <li>Challenge the numbers to obtain sufficient understanding of these, to provide key performance messages, through consolidated projections summarized into the <u>Service reporting pack.</u> </li> <li>Assisting in budget construction for next financial cycle.</li> <li>Monthly forecasting of full Service P&amp;L, by country and submission in Hyperion Planning.</li> <li>Direct point of contact for Services FP&amp;A requirements </li> <li>Carefully evaluating activities that can be discontinued in the process and ensure any gaps in reporting requirements from the organization are identified, captured and raised with the FP&amp;A Service Manager with a proposal on how the gap will be filled.</li> </ul></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What are we looking for? 🎓</p> <ul> <li>University Degree in Economics or Finance.</li> <li>3-5 years FP&amp;A experience; Audit or Data Mining a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communicator and data mining expert.</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel).</li> <li>PowerBI knowledge is an advantage.</li> <li>Experience with financial planning systems, preferably Hyperion Planning.</li> <li>International and culturally diverse work experience.</li> <li>Experience in transition work; Lean - Six Sigma skills advantageous.</li> <li>Language skills: English – Minimum C1 proficiency.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What will you get in return? </p> <ul> <li>13th salary. </li> <li>Meal vouchers. </li> <li>10 additional days of annual leave because we care about your leisure time.</li> <li>Medical insurance because we care about your health. </li> <li>International exposure regarding the work you will be doing. </li> <li>Sabbatical leave to focus on a hobby, attend a full-time course or simply take a break to introspect with your job guaranteed on return.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If YOU are the person we're looking for, apply now and let's shape your future career in a thriving environment! 🌟</p>
