Job Description
Skills:
Must be a student of Great Basin College
Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the semester and maintain a 2.0 GPA
Must qualify for Work Study or RSP through Student Financial Services
Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be personal, prompt, take initiative and have great communication skills
Duties:
Covering the front desk, answering phones and emails and greeting visitors.
Answering basic questions from students, other staff, faculty and community members and/or directing them to other departments as required.
Work in an environment that handles confidential student files and paperwork, adhering to FERPA law and regulations
Filing and scanning
Other duties as assigned
Salary:
$13.00 per hour
Hours:
Up to 19 hours per week with a maximum of 79.5 hours per month.
