At Strategy, you're not just another employee; you're a crucial part of a mission to push the boundaries of analytics and redefine financial investment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Duties (include but not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>Process AP invoices within the given scope of work</li><li>Handle of incoming AP documents received via email or post</li><li>Reply to employees/vendors queries regarding AP on a daily basis</li><li>Support in AP month-end closing reporting within a defined schedule and scope</li><li>Support with AP Audit (documents preparation)</li><li>Being active and trying to get to know AP processes within the Team</li><li>Responsible for assisting and ensuring the timely completion of all Banking reconciliations at the end of each month</li><li>Assist Team Manager in post booking entries in JDE for other team members</li><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly payments forecasts and cash reporting</li><li>Meet defined monthly/quarterly KPI/SLA<br/>  </li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate in Finance/Accounting is a must;</li><li>Positive attitude and proven agility</li><li>2-3 years of experience working in accounting positions</li><li>Experience in SSC environment will be a plus</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills</li><li>Good knowledge of Excel skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines</li><li>Available to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week</li><li>Experience in GL/RTR is a nice to have;</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>The recruitment process includes online assessments as a first step (English, logic, business) - please check also your SPAM folder</li><li>Available to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week</li><li>Strategy is an equal opportunity employer.
