Acting as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, this role drives financial planning, performance management, and cost governance to support strategic execution across the organization.</p><p>With a strong understanding of complex cost structures and functional dynamics, the role translates financial data into actionable insights that enable informed decision-making. By connecting budgets, forecasts, actuals and KPIs, the Sr Finance Business Partner enhances transparency, accountability, and alignment with MVH Europe’s strategic priorities.</p><p>As a key interface between Finance and the business, this role supports strategic initiatives and business cases, ensuring that financial impact, risks, and trade-offs are clearly understood. Through robust scorecarding and performance dialogue, the role strengthens financial governance and enables leaders to steer their functions with confidence.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Financial Planning, Budgeting &amp; Cost Control</p><p>• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes for group-level functional costs (Finance, P&amp;O, Legal).</p><p>• Ensure financial plans are aligned with strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and operational realities.</p><p>• Drive financial discipline and forward-looking planning across complex cost centers.</p><p>Strategic Business Partnering</p><p>• Act as a trusted financial advisor to functional leadership on performance, priorities, and strategic execution.</p><p>• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into financially sound plans and decisions.</p><p>• Influence and challenge constructively to improve outcomes in a matrixed, international environment.</p><p>Actuals Analysis &amp; Performance Reporting</p><p>• Analyze monthly financial performance (P&amp;L, Opex, headcount, KPIs).</p><p>• Identify deviations versus plan and forecast, explain key drivers, and highlight implications.</p><p>• Provide clear, insight-driven reporting that supports timely and effective decision-making.</p><p>Strategic Initiatives &amp; Business Case Support</p><p>• Provide financial leadership for strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases.</p><p>• Assess financial viability, risks, and returns, strengthening the quality of strategic decisions.</p><p>Financial Governance &amp; Scorecarding</p><p>• Drive financial governance through consistent scorecarding and KPI frameworks.</p><p>• Enhance transparency, accountability, and performance dialogue across functional areas.</p><p><strong>Summary of the Role</strong></p><p>• Job Title: Sr Finance Business Partner, Finance, P&amp;O, Legal – FP&amp;A</p><p>• Department: Finance (FP&amp;A)</p><p>• Location: Amsterdam</p><p>• Contract: Full-time</p><p>• Languages: Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)</p><p>Education &amp; Professional Qualifications</p><p>• Minimum: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.</p><p>• Preferred: Recognized professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA).</p><p><strong>Knowledge / Experience</strong></p><p>• 8–10 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&amp;A roles</p><p>• Experience in FP&amp;A or finance business partnering within complex, multi-country organizations.</p><p>• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance management.</p><p>• Proven ability to operate in complex functional cost environments.</p><p>• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.</p><p>• Ability to translate financial insights into clear busine
