In our team we focus on holistically transforming the customer journey by investing in innovative ways of working from both an organizational and technological perspective. Our team empowers and enables talents to drive processes, services, digital solutions and capabilities to improve our Diabetes customer experience, increase employee satisfaction and reduce our cost-to-serve.<br/>You are defining the impact of a solution, and you ensure that teams have the right knowledge and confidence to transition through the various phases of change.<br/><br/>You will be working in an international team with colleagues located in different countries. This is a hybrid position with office location in the Center of Expertise in Warsaw.<p></p><p><b>Your tasks may include the following and other duties may be assigned:</b></p><ul><li>Evaluation of the current B2B and B2C order-to-delivery and invoicing (OTD&amp;I) business processes to identify opportunities for improvements</li><li>Conducting research on emerging trends and technologies for potential implementation</li><li>Design and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals</li><li>Manage projects from initiation through delivery</li><li>Implement process governance, ownership and continuous improvements for the OTD&amp;I processes</li><li>Be a change management partner for stakeholders during transitions and projects</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Knowledge and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Exceptional communication and relational skills, both written and verbal, to a variety of audiences</li><li>Strong business, B2B and B2C process acumen</li><li>Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal</li><li>Strong time, project and change management skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul><p></p><p>It is beneficial if the Senior Business Process (BP) Project Management Specialist has experience with SAP Centerpiece, Salesforce and/or CRM (ICE), Agile Project Management (Scrum), as well as knowledge of the (Diabetes) medical device industry or the pharmaceutical sector.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Physical Job Requirements</b><br/><br/>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. </p><p></p><h1><b>Benefits &amp; Compensation</b></h1><p><b>Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package</b><br/>A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
