Our business hacking framework aims to make transformation tangible and measurable, by making the change sustainable and finding new ways to optimize culture and business impact. We breath through a creative flow guided by certain principles to drive success, thus ownership, creativity and autonomy are must skills for us. We are looking for true entrepreneurs.</p> <p> </p> <p> A Globant Business Hacker Associate is fundamentally a professional who can articulate a complex transformational program, manage the urgencies and tensions of a changing organization, translate actions into business impact, and help detect potential new revenue streams. We help organizations get fit through results, in continuous iterative delivery avoiding faraonic endless programs.
