Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to help us build a state-of-the-art tool using generative AI. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to our mission.  This will be a fulltime internship during the summer.

 

Position Details

This is an hourly position that is based in our Omaha, NE global headquarters.  Hybrid working arrangements (In-office 3-4 days per week). The duration of the internship is expected to be 3-4 months.  Please note:  We are only entertaining candidates from Omaha and/or local surrounding areas.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of a generative AI tool.
  • Write efficient, maintainable code in Python.
  • Learn and apply LaTeX for document generation.
  • Work independently and incorporate feedback from team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Thrive in an agile environment and engage in rapidly paced prototyping.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong coding skills, particularly in Python.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn LaTeX document generation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
