Through effective written and verbal communication ensure that project teams are clear to the scope, complexity and expectations of clients for all projects and that the clients are kept fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About Strategic Content Solutions</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The Strategic Content Solutions Group, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcreating highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SCS works closely with RWS’s Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.</p> <h2>Job Overview</h2> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Running projects within the specified range of project management activities, such as:</p> <ul> <li>Resource planning</li> <li>Organizing and motivating a project team</li> <li>Controlling time management</li> <li>Ensuring customer satisfaction</li> <li>Monitoring progress</li> <li>Managing reports and necessary documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Ability to communicate freely in German and English (written and spoken)</p></li> <li>College degree or equivalent in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Sciences, or related field</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in localization project management</li> <li>Customer service/account management experience </li> <li>Good level of understanding of the O365 product suite</li> <li>Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork</li> <li>Organizational skills</li> <li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Attention to details and work under pressure</li> </ul> <h2>Life at RWS</h2> <p>At RWS, we’re here for one purpose: unlocking global understanding.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a unique, world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content, and intellectual property services, we remove the barriers to communication to make global connection possible.
