You will collaborate closely with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to secure progress, robust methods and documentation that meet regulatory expectations. Expect real ownership, hands-on problem solving, and teamwork that celebrates learning and progress</p><p></p><p><i>We offer exciting responsibilities:</i></p><ul><li>Lead late-stage analytical development across projects with emphasis on HPLC and SEC methods</li><li>Support development projects with analytical knowledge, including method <span>development/validation,</span> stability programs, specifications, <span>extractable/leachable</span> studies, characterization</li><li>Coordinate and manage CMO collaborations, including follow-up on plans, day-to-day communication, method transfer and validation, and supporting technical and QC activities</li><li>Prepare scientific reports and regulatory documentation for clinical trials and marketing applications</li><li>Contribute actively within the CMC team to drive project progress toward regulatory approval</li><li>Ensure GMP-compliant practices and data integrity in all analytical activities</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your profile</b></p><p>You have a friendly mindset, enjoy collaborating, and bring others along with clear communication. You thrive on complex tasks, are curious, and like to learn — and you have the drive to take ownership and see things through. You balance independence with strong alignment across stakeholders.</p><ul><li>M.Sc. or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences</li><li>Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry within analytical science or QC; peptide HPLC experience preferred</li><li>Experience with GMP and regulatory aspects of late-stage analytical CMC development</li><li>Experience coordinating outsourced work with CMOs and contract laboratories</li><li>Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and cross-project coordination skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your new team</b></p><p>Join a highly experienced CMC Development team of experts who work together to achieve ambitious results—and have fun together as a team while doing it.
