Are you a motorcycle enthusiast with 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing and paid advertising? Want to blend your love for riding with your career? Shift Digital is hiring a Digital Marketing Consultant to work directly with motorcycle dealerships — helping them fine-tune their digital performance and connect with more riders online.

What You’ll Do:

• Consult with dealers in-person and remotely on digital marketing strategy
• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and video content to support best practices
• Analyze performance data and optimize paid search, SEO, and social media
• Guide dealers on creating a premium online experience for potential buyers
• Work closely with our client and their dealer network to boost results across the board

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in automotive or powersports)
• Expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital campaign strategy
• Familiarity with dealership websites, CRMs, DMS systems, and customer funnels
• Background as a Marketing Manager, eCommerce Director, or similar dealership-facing role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Passion for motorcycles, riding, and dealer culture is a major plus
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Midwest
