The Team:

HP’s Digital and Transformation organization (D&TO) is seeking an experienced Transformation Management Office (TMO) Intern.

We are looking for a results-driven, strategic analyst who can help facilitate clarity, collaboration, and high-quality execution on complex and fast-moving Digital projects, working effectively across organizational boundaries

You will work across the D&TO organization on key transformation initiatives to ensure the timely and optimal delivery of the initiatives, leading and managing certain initiatives as assigned. You will partner with business leaders to proactively identify new transformational opportunities and help develop business cases. You will support Executive Communications covering Digital Transformation progress.

Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work with the Digital and Transformation team to

• Developing code source that the API Management Platform will use

• Helping the documentation that our internal software community will use

• Supporting software testing activities

• Brainstorming new ways to improve our agile and process

• Brainstorming new product ideas

Education and Experience Required:

• 2nd or 3rd Year of University completed or 1st year of Masters completed--typically a technical degree specialization.

Preferred Majors:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with a focus on Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information technology, Data Science, or a related technical field

Our compensation reflects the labor cost across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $25 -- $36 hourly. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
