Digital Marketing Executive 

Decklaration is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive who can support the marketing stream of our US-based clients. We are looking for someone who has experience and mind for taking the MVPs to the next level of growth by applying various marketing tools and strategies.  

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns (organic or paid).   

·        Design, build and maintain the social media presence through a comprehensive strategy aligned with client business objectives. 

·        Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).  

·        Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.  

·        Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.  

·        Plan, execute, and measures experiments and conversion tests.  

·        Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.  

·        Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.  

Requirements

Requirements 

·        3+ years of experience in digital marketing  

·        Experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and account-based marketing  

·        Experience in copywriting and editing social media content and posts 

·        Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising policies including SEO, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, Instagram Twitter etc.  

·        Good knowledge of CRMs like Hubspot  

·        Good at reporting and analysis  

·        Knowledge of landing pages/web development
