Product Manager

You might be our missing piece if you have:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
• Experience launching successful products and driving innovation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• A strong understanding of the different Agile methodologies and when best to apply them throughout the product lifecycle
• Proficiency in product management software tools
• The ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for building great products that delight customers
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality products
• Customer interaction experience, including C-level
• Experience with identifying the stakeholders involved in the decision-making process
• Experience in organizing and driving the Discovery and Definition phases
• Experience in presales activities (e.g. workshops, quoting)

We would be thrilled if you have:

• Previous leadership or mentoring experience within product teams
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive product decisions

We will be working together on:

• Shaping the product vision and strategy to match overall goals
• Developing and updating the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business goals
• Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product planning, launches, and iterations
• Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the product
• Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand the competition
• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality
• Regularly updating stakeholders on product progress, roadblocks, and key decisions
