Join Our Team as a Senior Product Manager!
OLX is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our GenAI Platform - the engine that powers AI innovation across our global marketplace used by tens of millions.You’ll own the platform that enables 60+ teams to easily build and scale GenAI solutions - from invisible algorithm improvements to disruptive new experiences like magic.olx.pl. If you’re excited by AI, developer tooling, and high-impact platform work, this is your opportunity to shape how GenAI is built at scale.

Who are we looking for?

• Experienced Product Manager with 5+ years managing complex, technical products; background in platforms, developer tools, or B2B SaaS preferred; GenAI/ML experience is a plus.
• Strategic & Data-Driven, skilled at defining bold product visions and using metrics to drive impact (e.g., productivity, performance, cost).
• Technically Fluent, comfortable with software architecture, APIs, cloud services, and engaging in engineering trade-offs; CS/engineering background is a bonus.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator adept at aligning engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders around shared goals.
• Clear Communicator & User Advocate with strong documentation skills and empathy for internal users; thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

What you will be doing:

• Defining the strategy and long-term roadmap for OLX’s GenAI Platform, aligned with company-wide goals and future growth.
• Owning end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives — from discovery to launch — with a focus on scalability, reliability, and reusability.
• Championing internal users by understanding developer workflows and pain points to improve tooling and experience.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, DevOps, data, and product teams to align roadmaps and promote a platform-as-a-product mindset.
• Driving continuous improvement through clear KPIs, governance standards, and best practices in platform performance and adoption.
