The Director, Talent Development is responsible for helping employees build the capabilities, judgment, and operating effectiveness required to perform at a higher level, create greater value for the firm, and prepare for increasing responsibility over time.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This is a hands-on individual contributor role that works through managers to build a culture of continuous development and high performance. The Director partners with managers to translate feedback into practical Individual Development Plans (IDPs), strengthen manager capability, and equip employees with the skills, experiences, and resources needed to improve execution in their current roles. Rather than becoming a substitute manager or an employee-relations channel, this role enables leaders and employees to take ownership of development by removing barriers, providing candid and constructive coaching, and recommending practical development experiences that improve performance.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">In addition, the Director designs and delivers enterprise learning programs with an emphasis on manager effective
