Associate (Management Accountant) to join our Financial Control Team in Ireland. This<br/>
is a very exciting opportunity for a newly Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with a<br/>
strong academic record to join a rapidly expanding global company. The ideal candidate<br/>
will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and can work to strict<br/>
deadlines. You will have advanced Excel skills and are comfortable working with large &amp;<br/>
complex data sets.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ownership of management/financial reporting to ensure ledgers are complete and accurate and that reporting deadlines are adhered to.</li><li>Month end close including balance sheet reconciliation</li><li>Cash flow management to ensure sufficient funding is available to meet business need</li><li>Constantly supporting improvement in commercial performance of the business</li><li>Assisting in the global statutory audit process and involvement in the preparation of financial statements</li><li>Support AP function in the posting of and reconciliation of transactions along with payments</li><li>Working towards continuous improvements in the newly implemented ERP, Workday</li><li>Support the forecasting and planning processes</li><li>Ad-hoc project &amp; analysis work</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent with a strong academic record</li><li>Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) preferably with industry experience in Financial Services or from practice</li><li>Highly numerate, with strong analytical skills and ability to work through problems logically</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Excel</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels</li><li>Highly motivated and able to work towards tight deadlines on multiple project in a fast paced work environment</li><li>Workday experience an advantage but not necessary</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Apply without meeting all requirements statement </strong></p><p>If you don't meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway.
