We are looking for a senior advisor security and emergency response combined with a group lead role for the access control unit (NO Adgang). The position is a part of our Health, Safety and Security (HSS) team and benefits from global networks across Statkraft.</em></p><p>Statkraft has a common logic for access control in Norway with a supporting system and organisation to operate the access control functions. The team consists of 2,5 competent and motivated FTEs located in Glomfjord and Alta. To this team, we are looking for a new team leader.</p><p>As Senior Advisor Security and Emergency Response, you will:  </p><ul><li>Advise and support the line in BA Nordics on security and emergency response matters during development, design, planning and construction of projects, and in Operation and Maintenance.</li><li>Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with standards and requirements.</li><li>Support the line and facilitate sharing of best practice across the organization.</li><li>Contribute to quality and efficiency in our methods and tools</li></ul><p>As Head of Access Control System Solution in Statkraft Norway, you will:</p><ul><li>Develop, drive and follow up the access control system and function for Norway (NO Adgang) incl. being the system owner.</li><li>Line manager for the NO Adgang team</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>MSc/BSc within HSSE/Technical Safety/ Risk management or similar.
