Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) to manage program activity within the Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS), Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
Hybrid work locations (preferred): Mc Kinney, TX; El Segundo, CA; Forest, MS (other Raytheon sites may be considered)
What You Will Do
Assist the Program Manager (PM) to implement program activities
Manage budgets in multiple capacities; support management of cost, schedules, and customer interface activities
Ensure long term product viability
Lead a matrixed team supporting program actions
Travel, up to 20%, to participate in domestic business engagements with customers, partners, and teammates
Communicate program status and corrective actions in a timely fashion
Ensure radar products are supportable long term through supplier engagements and industry monitoring
Present program statuses to the leadership chain utilizing business and project management resources and procedures
Work from one of the following preferred locations: Mc Kinney, TX; El Segundo, CA; Forest, MS (other Raytheon sites may be considered)
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience (such as Project Management, Supply Chain Ownership, Material Program Management, Cost Account Manager, and/or Integrated Product Team Lead, etc)
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suites (excel, power point, etc)
Completion of Program Management Level 5 Certification required within12 months of start date
Experience managing budgets with an understanding of Inventory Balances and Appropriation Requests
Ability to obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Excellent business savvy to proactively identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently, including cost/benefit analysis through processes
Experienced leader competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, collaboration, customer focus while driving results
Ability to quickly come up to speed on technical and management efforts currently underway while building strong customer relationship
Effective communication/presentation critical thinking and problem-solving skills
An active and transferrable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance
