Senior Software Engineer (Java + AEM)

This is you

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Workflows).
• Strong proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and AEM development frameworks. Proven experience integrating AEM with RESTful APIs, authentication systems (OAuth, SAML), andenterprise platforms.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with cloud-based AEM (Adobe as a Cloud Service) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is your role

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AEM-based solutions, including components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Architect and implement integrations between AEM and third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, DAM, analytics, personalisation engines).
• Collaborate with multiple product teams to deliver cohesive and scalable digital experiences.
• Work closely with the Centre of Excellence to align on best practices, architectural standards, and innovation initiatives.
• Drive proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts to evaluate new technologies and approaches that enhance platform capabilities.
• Champion security-first development practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise and industry standards.
• Take full ownership of project delivery timelines, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
